Lay out al fresco lunches and make like the Greeks, grazing on cold meats and olives between dips, before reclining to watch the Cretan sunset unfold with a G&T on hand at the BBQ area. Little ones are sure to have hours of fun with their own outdoor play equipment. Making the most of the coastal location, an ocean-facing terrace offer mesmerising scenery for al fresco dining by the fully equipped BBQ, balmy in summer for family dinning. For the ones who wish to keep up with their fitness lifestyle you can go jogging across the beach. Internal Living
Individually crafted to frame, floor-to-ceiling glass will open up to views of endless blue, pouring light into every corned of your interior (200m2). The 4 bedrooms dispatch across different levels for ultimate privacy, as well as promises guests a comfortable stay to renew body, mind and soul. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in its four bedrooms in real beds. Two additional guest can sleep to two comfy sofa beds located in the two living rooms. A stand alone living room with a bedroom & bathrooms, that can sleep up to 3 guests, with a private gathering outdoor lounge area, is an idillic spot for the teenagers of the group or to be used by one of the families who seek a bit of extra privacy. Featuring an additional spacious living room with a dinning area and another fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom feature a queen bed (1.60 x 2.00) for two and a separate bathroom with shower, offering immaculate attention to details. An extra guest can sleep at the sofa bed

Three bedrooms lay on this floor, one with a king bed (1.80 x 2.00) featuring an access to a balcony ( and en-suite bathroom with shower) and two double bedrooms, with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00), with balconies & with captivating sea views. The two queen bedrooms have at their disposal another bathroom with a walk in shower & bathtub for those who wish to relax after a day of exploration. Second Floor
A wonderful Living room & another kitchen awaits you at this floor. A balcony to remember, is the highlight of this villa. You are set for a real treat, as this balcony feature spectacular sea views & is the best spot to spend long evenings relishing the days events over a glass of wine. An additional bathroom with shower is available at this floor and one more guest can be accommodated in the sofa bed. Practicalities
There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for three cars, as well as an additional free parking space outside the Villa’s premises for more cars.
