¨Just the very best place to stay in Paxos without doubt. I have been visiting this Island since 1968 at the age of nine and over the years have stayed at many locations on this side of the Island ie. close to Gaios including having our own villa built here in the 1970's. We discovered Villa Avgerini last year when we were looking for somewhere that bit more special having just got married after Fifteen Years Together and this place just blew us away. We were in the Maisonette which is just perfect for two, offering that lovely intimacy and privacy with stunning views and everything is so immaculately clean and so well appointed. During this horrible COVID Year, Eva has gone above and beyond to adhere to all the required cleanliness and precautionary measures in her properties and all areas of the site. Never have we been anywhere so clean but also so welcoming just first class. Next year we are opting for the bigger villa below Eva's as it has been so beautifully decorated and designed with a bigger kitchen as we love to cook sometimes and not always go out. Eva even hand painted the furniture in the Master Bedroom, it looks amazing. I challenge anyone to come here and not be blown away by this lovely place and of course Eva makes it all just that bit more special. Now a Friend for Life, we left yesterday and miss her already¨.

They say that every summer has it’s story. This was ours.
Even though the season started off slowly, the need to travel was felt as soon as governments opened borders and tourists finally came to visit our beautiful island. This year, what stood out was that people were looking for accommodations that made the extra effort to provide a safe environment for them to escape these uncertain times we are currently experiencing.
Over the years, meticulous cleaning standards of our home rentals have always been part of our protocol. This year, we made sure that our establishment provided and respected all “Health First” Enhanced cleaning and sanitization guidelines put in place to favor safe travelling.
As the season starts to slow down, we wanted to thank our guests, not only for visiting Paxos, but for helping us all stay safe. We can’t wait to have you stay with us again!

Between dawn and sunrise, the Avgerinos (Ο Αυγερινος), the brightest morning star, rises just in front of our property, leaving us with these staggering views, and left us no choice but to name our Villa after it.

Summer 2019 has officially started. We are looking forward to a new season, meeting our first time guests and welcoming back the ones who just can't stay away!

When it comes to booking holidays, independent travellers search to find the perfect accommodation suited to their needs at an affordable price. Immaculate property and spotless homes is the reputation our guests have grown to love and the daily cleaning service we offer makes the difference. Each accommodation is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, cutlery, glass and plastic ware, washing machines, dishwashers, hairdryers and basic necessities. Air-condition units are located in all bedrooms and TV's, in the livingrooms. Wi-Fi is also provided to all guests staying us.
