As many people are offered the chance to work from home, I am thinking to share my building for a year with somebody who wants to have a quite place in a premium countryside of my country, close to clean remote sea waters, to work, relax and spend a peaceful year in a virus free environment.
The building has two independent apartments (every floor is one) so you can choose either and keep the other for myself.

Each floor/apartment has tree bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Both are fully equipped for permanent living, not like summer rentals!

Weathe is always mild here. Rarely winters go under +10 degrees.

Message me if you like to talk about if or have a video call to show you the space.

You will be expected to pay a monthly rent and utility bills for the space. Some bills will be shared as we can both use like the internet and the water.
