A luxurious and spacious home where every detail has been thought of, in order to offer a comfortable and hassle free stay! The residence can accommodate (max) 10 persons in 130m2 of interior space. Villa boasts of a wonderful beach-front lawn paved garden and balcony. Home offers two double bedrooms and one triple bunk bed bedroom, all air-conditioned, ideal for either three children or three adu

lts. Two extra persons can be accommodated in the living room sofa that turns into a comfy double bed or an extra folded bed can be added in any of our spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms are fully furnished and bathed in plenty of light as they have access to the balcony. There is an open space living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining table for up to 10 persons. The living room (also air-conditioned) offers three sofas to help you unwind and relax, gazing at the Ionian Sea, reading your book or enjoying any of the offered board games. Eleanthi residence offers a lawn paved garden overlooking the beachfront and the deep blue of the Ionian Sea for special moments of total relaxation. There are many different outdoor pieces of furniture like a dining table with chairs, all ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just relaxing under the shade of the olive tree. Sun loungers are also available for those who feel like sunbathing and a barbecue for those who enjoy grilling al fresco! If you are traveling with children, garden is fenced and safe for endless outdoor play, baby cot and toys are also available upon request. A parking space is also available on the premises.

Home is located at the seaside village of Mitikas close the the town of Preveza. Within 5 -10 minutes of walking distance you can find 2 super markets, ATM, pharmacy, bakery, cafes and restaurants, most of them open during the summer season. At the nearby town of Preveza (7km away) there is also a wide choice of shops and services. At about 10-20 minutes drive you can visit many different wonderful beaches like Monolithi, Kanali, Alonaki, Vrachos, Lygia and more. The greater area of offers exciting sightseeing opportunities like visiting the Ancient city of Nikopolis (6km), Lefkada island (30km) and its world famous beaches, the romantic town of Vonitsa, or the mountainous Zalogko.
