Hotel Contracting Executive

Job Description

• Negotiate yearly contract rates with hotels
• Rate shopping and comparison
• Maintain existing relationships with suppliers and create new partnerships
• Cooperate with other departments to evaluate the quality of suppliers and adjust contracting strategy accordingly
• Analyze market trends to expand database of hotels
• Report to Contracting Manager

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work as a team member
• At least 3 years of proven experience in relevant field
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.
