A beautifully designed 2 bedroom house, perfectly located in the picturesque alleys of the old historic town of Rethymno, recently, fully renovated. The bus station and the beach are within a short walking distance.
In the heart of the old town, steps away from the city's most well-known restaurants, shops, cafés and bars and within walking distance of the imposing Fortezza Fortress and the magnificent Venetian Harbour.
The bus station is within short walking distance. If you travel by car there are free and paid parking options in the vicinity. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
The house is laid out on 3 floors. On the ground floor you have the entrance and a storage room with a washing machine, on the first floor you will find the 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balconies On the top floor you will find the spacious roof terrace with sun loungers and dining area and amazing views over the historic old town of Rethymno.
