The 300 m2 outdoor space of Aria Villas provide everything you need for a memorable family holiday, including a 30 m2 private swimming pool (1.40 m deep) for each villa, in a beautiful lawn covered terrace, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, where you’ll love spending your time, just enjoying the sun and the summer breeze! Furthermore, an outdoor shaded sitting area, where you can treat yourself to a refreshing drink or just read that book, you brought with you and a dining table for the whole family, ideal for al fresco dining, are also available. Prepare a homemade meal in the BBQ facilities and the traditional oven and test your cooking skills! Villa Vasilios is set in 300 m2 outdoor area, with a 36 m2 private swimming pool (1,40 metres deep). The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (gas) are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely outdoor dining area, so as to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish! Aria Villas are two-level, brand new constructions that cover 200 m2 each and can accommodate up to 10 guests for Villa Marina and up to 8 for Villa Vasia, where families or groups of friends will find a true oasis, an escape from every day life. The immaculately arranged spaces that provide absolute comfort and create a relaxing atmosphere, as well as the picturesque views, will form a living space that you will not want to leave behind! Villa Vasilios boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 en suite bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. This luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite contemporary interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, the former featuring one double bed and the latter with two single beds, (that can be joined and form a king size double bed), both with direct access to the outside pool area with comfy sittings. Additionally, both of the bedrooms provide en suite bathroom, with an overhead rainfall shower with cabin. Aria Villas are also very baby friendly oriented, equipped with all the necessary equipment a family travelling with a baby will need, including:

Also, in each Villa there is children’s playground, equipped with a swing, a seesaw and a slide, outdoor kids toys, 2 bicycles, board games, blocks, and some books. Ground Floor
Entering the villas you will find the ample, open-plan living area with a relaxing sofa (that can be converted into a bed for two more guests for villa Marina and one more guest for villa Vasia), with an open fireplace, as well as a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area. A folding bed can also be provided if needed. Doors from the living room and kitchen offer direct access to the pool area, for your outmost comfort. On the same level you will also find a bathroom with a shower cabin. First Floor
Following the stairs that lead to the first floor, you will find the Villa’s three spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a double bed (1.50 X 2.00) in villa Marina while in Villa Vasia, it features a Super King Size Bed (2.15 X 1.60) and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each (0.90 X 2.00) that could also be joined together and be used as double beds, too. All bedrooms are very bright and offer access to a spacious veranda, which is equipped with patio furniture and boasts unique views of the sunset and the surrounding area. Additionally, there’s an attic-type room in villa Marina that accommodate one more guest. Finally, a family bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks is also available on this floor. Moreover, at Vasilios Villa, a gym equipment is available on this lower level for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday…exercise daily using the treadmill, elliptical machine, spinning bike, multi -station machine, weights and exercise ball! Guests will also find there a football table for endless hours of fun and relaxation! Enjoy! Property Notes:

Aria Villas are located in Agios Dimitrios is a Settlement in Arkadi in Rethymno in the Crete Region of Greece.Approximately 75 people live in Agios Dimitrios. In Agios Dimitrios there is a beautiful Byzantine church of the homonym Saint, Agios Dimitrios. There are signs to Agios Dimitrios on the road, south of Pigi. Once you arrive, walk around the village on a path going to the right and down for about 200 metres (there are also signs in the village). The church, of cruciform architecture, has a large dome on a drum, several high blind arches for support and decoration and there are remains of frescoes. Distances to Important Locations
