Villa Ani is a brand new, traditional stone house situated in Ageliana village, in the Cretan countryside. This newly built exclusive Villa will be your holiday haven, where you will enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of the beautiful area. At the same time, Villa Ani offers proximity to several daily amenities, including cafes, a local tavern, super market, butcher, hairdresser, library, all within walking distance! Furthermore, the sandy beaches and the picturesque town of Panormos are just a short drive away from the Villa, providing a variety of restaurants and gift shops! Layout Interior Ground Floor Villa Ani covers 160m2 and it consists of two levels, featuring 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 7 guests. As you walk in you will see the living room on your right hand, which is decorated with traditional furniture and antique items. Also, the stone walls, energy fireplace, wooden ceilings and marble floors creature a unique ambience, making you feel right at home. The living area invites you to relax with your loved ones, watch a film or just read a book at the lovely and comfortable armchair. On your left hand, the fully equipped kitchen and dining table are ideal for preparing your light summer meals for your family! Both the living room and the kitchen offer direct access to the courtyard and BBQ facilities, as well as the pool and lawn covered terrace. Next to the kitchen, one the bedrooms is located, boosting 2 single beds. Last but not least, a bathroom with a shower can also be found on this level. First Floor A few steps above, the two remaining bedrooms guarantee to offer you peaceful nights and a good rest after spending your days exploring the island! All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, comfortable mattresses and are sunny and airy throughout the day! One of the bedrooms features a 1,60X2,00 double bed, with a bo***ir and direct access to a private balcony equipped with patio furniture, overlooking the pool area, where you can enjoy your evening coffees and gaze upon the village church and the surrounding hills. The third bedrooms boosts two single beds and opens up to a stair leading to the pool terrace. Finally, a shared bathroom with a shower is also located on the first floor. Villa Ani is also baby and child friendly oriented, equipped with necessary equipment a family travelling with a baby may need, including: -a baby cot -high chair -baby bathtub -stair gates -outdoor toys in the lawn covered part of the terrace and -socket safety covers. In case you need any of these items, please let us know in advance. Additionally, a 5X5 field and a playground can also be found in the village, where older kids can spend endless hours of fun! Exterior The magnificent, 30 m2 private swimming pool stands out at the 350 m2 outdoor areas of Villa Ani. The pool is 1.30 m deep and is surrounded by soft lawn, where the kids can play all day long! The pool terrace is equipped with luxurious sun beds, umbrellas, an outdoor shower and an outdoor WC, all meant to satisfy your needs! Furthermore, a shaded pergola with an outdoor siting area by the pool, ensures that you will be protected by the hot summer sun, in case you need a break from sunbathing! The pool terrace faces the nearby hills and it’s surrounded by trees! To make things even better, when exiting the living room and kitchen areas, guests have direct access to the private, stone paved courtyard where a beautiful wooden outdoor dining area, BBQ facilities and a wood oven, are unique for combining your meals while taking in the fresh countryside air!
