A recent renovation gave a fresh look and a relaxing atmosphere where the house architecture blends in harmony with the surrounding nature and the beautiful village. The house is minutes’ drive from the famous Georgioupolis / Episkopi sandy beach.
Our veranda or Garden is ideal for breakfast or lunch while enjoying the magnificent view of the Cretan Nature.
You can relax at the private heated swimming pool at the roof garden of the villa, surrounded by a colorful flourishing nature, laying in your sunbed with a refreshing drink or snack.

Location & Directions
There are two ways to reach the island of Crete:
BY BOAT: From Piraeus port, daily departures to Souda port of Chania or to the port of Heraklion.
BY PLANE: There are two international airports on the island: in Chania and in Heraklion.
DISTANCES
Chania Airport: 64 km (50 min. drive to Archontiki village).
Souda Port of Chania: 42 km (40min. drive to Archontiki village).
Heraklion Port or Airport: 100 km (70 min. drive to Archontiki village).
From Chania airport or Souda port: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymnon. Take the highway. After 61km approximately you will reach the junction to Episkopi Village. There turn right and follow the signs to Argyroupolis Springs. 3,5 km later enter Episkopi Village. Drive for few more meters and at your right-hand side, you will see the Soccer Stadium of Episkopi. Drive for one more km and you will reach Casa di Palma at your right.
From airport or harbour of Heraklion: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymnon – Chania. Take the highway. Pass all the exits to Rethymnon and continue, headed in the direction Chania. At the exit to Episkopi, turn left and follow the signs to Argyroupolis Springs. 3,5 km later enter Episkopi Village. Drive for few more meters and at your right-hand side, you will see the Soccer Stadium of Episkopi. Drive for one more km and you will reach Casa di Palma at your right.
