Nikiforos Villa is a self-catering coastal retreat that has equal measures of style, comfort and tranquility. Featuring an enviable position in the beautiful area of Skaleta, this beautiful holiday home is located within just 1,5 kilometre distance from the beach and restaurant and will satisfy even the most demanding sea and sun worshipers. Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa boasts 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, boasting one double bedroom and direct access to the terrace, as well as an ensuite shower cabin. The remaining two bedrooms can be found on the the first floor, the former featuring one double bed with balcony access and the latter boasting two single beds. Additionally, guests will find a WC on the ground floor and one more bathroom on the first floor with shower cabin. What’s more, two more guests can be accommodated in the sofa beds, located in the living room area. Outside

Our guests will instantly be smitten by the real sense of tranquility and the comfort of the outside space to unwind and recharge the batteries. Open the crock of a chilled bottle of wine while soaking in the private swimming pool and you'll be set for the afternoon. The Villa is set in 150 m2 outdoor area with a 32 m2 private swimming pool. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea in the lovely outdoor shaded dining area, so as to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish! Relax in the shade of the umbrellas, soak up the Cretan sun and heartily embrace the amazing countryside and sea views. Dip in the private swimming pool and practice your BBQ skills, have your meals at the shaded dining area, while admiring the sea and sunset views.. Practicalities

There is free secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 3 cars. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine & Filter coffee machine, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Juice maker, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, open plan equipped kitchen! Location Overview. Nikiforos Villa is located in the wonderful village of Skaleta, where guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, which is located within 1,5 kilometre distance.(3 minutes driving)
Offering a great location, you will have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, within approximately 20 minutes driving. Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. The closest restaurant is located at a 1,5 kilometre distance from the Villa. Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 6 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy. Last but not least, Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 20 minutes. Out & About

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location. Looked exactly as on the pictures. The outdoor space was fabulous and we had some wonderful evenings on the terrace. Manolis and Katerina were wonderful, providing the best welcome pack we’ve ever seen and some beautiful home-grown fruit and veg.
Rethymno is lovely and an easy drive, and the position is great for exploring Crete.
There are small supermarkets within walking distance, but sadly only one taverna within a mile and it was quite disappointing. We went twice and had poor service and not great food. Plenty of options within a short drive, though.
