Exterior
The outdoor area of Vilana House provides total privacy and ensures that you will totally enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and the feeling of complete relaxation and calmness close to the nature! Take advantage of the 40 m2 private pool (1,45 m deep) to cool yourselves on the hot summer days or sunbathe, lying lazily at the sun beds provided! Umbrellas are also available for those who prefer to read a book in the shade or take a nap! For our young guests the pool also features a special compartment for children ( 0,45 m deep) and the terrace boosts a large lawn covered area equipped with a playground, a ping pong table, a small trampoline, inflatables for the pool and other toys. The sizeable terrace also features an extra covered and shaded area, built of stone and large windows offering direct access to the pool area, where the BBQ facilities are located, along with an al fresco dining area! The BBQ area is also equipped with a small fridge and an outdoor sink for your outmost convenience while preparing your meals outdoors, so you’ll eliminate the clutter in the kitchen. Finally, the spacious, shaded veranda with its lovely stone arches is equipped with an additional sitting and relaxing area and patio furniture. Interior
Vilana House is a 130m2, two storey House, that can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The design, architecture and decoration of the House is a glorious blend of traditional and modern elements, giving the space a rustic, yet classy appearance. Wooden ceilings, stone walls, arches, elegant furnishing and contemporary appliances were carefully selected in order to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Ground Floor
The ground level of Vilana House opens up to a sunny and wonderful open plan area featuring a working area with a desk and the cosy living room. A comfortable corner sofa, the large smart TV and the fireplace give a homely vibe to the space and invite you to have some quality time with your loved ones. A few steps away, the fully equipped kitchen and dining table for the whole family provide everything you need for your self-catered holiday. Both the living room and the kitchen offer direct access to the pool terrace. Furthermore, one double bedroom opening up to the terrace and a family bathroom with shower cabin can also be found on this floor. First Floor
Following the wooden stairs to the first floor, guests can find the remaining two bedrooms of Vilana House, one of which features a double and the other one, two single beds, which could also be set up as a double bed if requested. All three bedrooms have 32’ TVs, wardrobes and are air-conditioned. Finally, a shared bathroom with bathtub is also located on this floor. Property Notes:

Welcome to Liatiko House, a brand new property part of Ampelonas Residences, which position offers convenient access to the most well known beaches of the South Coast of Rethymno! Nature’s lovers will have the opportunity to experience waking up in a total peaceful and relaxing environment, listening to the sounds of birds and nothing more. Have your breakfast next to the pool while gazing the magnificent hill views and experience the Cretan countryside pleasures that the area has to offer. Although private and situated in a very sole location the House is located close to essential amenities. Liatiko House, is the perfect vacation destination for families or couples that seek total relaxation away from the fast pace of the busy town. Layout

The House provides all the elements for a de-stress holiday. Take a dip in the private 44 m2 and 1,5 meters deep, swimming pool or lay on the sun beds provided for all guests to sunbathe, or if you wish take advantage of the shade of the umbrellas to read your book. The options are unlimited and it is up to you to decide which corner to choose. Moreover our little guests will definitely enjoy the special children’s compartment of the pool 6m2 and 0.5 meters deep. Next to the pool terrace, guests will find the lawn covered garden (500m2) featuring a playground and a ping pong table for unlimited hours of enjoyment for guests of all ages. As summer vacation is all about enjoying the open air, BBQ facilities are available next to the pool terrace to enjoy al fresco cooking and dining experiences at the shaded area. Interior
Liatiko House, is a 76m2 ground floor villa, with room to cater for 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The property combines both rustic and modern elements, creating a cozy and classy atmosphere with attention to details. Stone walls, wooden details, contemporary furnishing and modern appliances all merged harmoniously in order to provide a comfortable stay and a unique experience. As entering the House, you will find yourselves at the open plan living room, boasting a comfortable sofa. A 49’ flat screen TV can be found in this area, where the whole family can gather and watch your favourite movies. A few steps away the fully equipped kitchen awaits you to prepare your homemade meals for your loved ones. Furthermore a dining area for the whole family is situated next to the kitchen. Following the corridor, the guests will find the three bedrooms of the villa, two of them boasting a double bed each and the last one boasting two single beds. All bedrooms offer direct access to the pool terrace and lovely garden. Two family bathrooms with glass shower cabins are at our guests disposal! Practicalities:
