The villa which is surrounded by nature and olive trees makes you feel “away from it all” although it is located just above the city of Rethymno in an area called “Tria Monastiria”. Designed in a way to take advantage the outstanding panoramic view from any angle and also offer full privacy to our guests. Indoor layout

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area cons

isting of the living room with a fireplace, a 40” satellite HDTV with Playstation, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area and a table tennis which also leads you to the lower level of the pool and the garden area. Next to the dinning area there is a professional pool table (billiard) with all the needed equipment in order the whole family to enjoy. A bedroom with double bed and a toilet with shower are also found on the same floor. Reaching to the first floor through a staircase there are 4 bedrooms and a king size bathroom with 2 sinks and whirlpool bath bath. The master bedroom consists of a double bed, a dressing hall, an office desk, 32”HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has access to a large veranda with a sitting area which offers a breathtaking sea view. In the same veranda there is an organised gym area with all the essential fitness equipment. On the first floor you will also find a bedroom with double bed with an en-suite bathroom, and two more bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one which can be transformed to double beds if it is necessary. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:�

- 60 sq. m swimming pool with hydro massage sitting area and pool alarm system for children's safety.
- Secondary kitchen area under a pergola, fully equipped with a refrigerator, a gas barbecue and everything that you might need in order to prepare and serve a meal in the pool area.
- Dinning table for 10 people next to the outdoor kitchen.
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor sofas and arm chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa.
- Fenced playground for young children to play.
- Backyard with the main fully equipped barbecue area (with charcoal), a wood oven and 2 more dinning tables.
- Unique garden areas around the house with a variety of flowers and Palm trees.
- Huge entrance area with 2 garages. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
