Each villa is a fully equipped house, with a fully equipped kitchen, big verandas, big gardens and big balconies!

Each villa has it’s OWN PRIVATE swimming pool!

Each villa is private , has its own parking area and is closed by an electric gate!

Each villa has a nice view to the opposite green hills and a small river!

----> Villa STRATOS has a PRIVATE pool + Children's pool + Jaccuzi.

Villa STRATOS has 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 2-6 people!

On the 1st floor of Villa Stratos there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is suitable for 2-6 people !

Bedroom No1 - 2 Single Beds ( connected as 1 double bed )

Bedroom No2 - 2 Single Beds

Bedroom No3 - 1 Double Bed

----> Villa FOULI has a PRIVATE pool.

Villa FOULI has 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 2-6 people ( maximum 8 people ).

Every level has it's own bedroom!

Bedroom No1 --> Ground floor : 2 Single Beds ( can be connected as 1 double bed )

Bedroom No2 --> First floor : 1 Double bed

Bedroom No3 --> Level of the pool : 1 Double Bed + 1-2 Single beds

Every level has it's own bathroom!

Ground floor : Bathroom with Shower

First floor : Bathroom with Shower

Level of the pool : Bathroom with Bath and Shower

----> Villa MARIA has a PRIVATE pool.

Villa MARIA has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 2-5 people.

Every level has it's own bedroom!

Hi,

I am EVA and I am famous for cooking the TRADITIONAL CRETAN COOKING with secrets learnt by my grandmothers and my mother!

I am STRATOS and I am famous for my own CRETAN WINE, TSIKOUDIA - RAKI, OLIVE OIL and VEGETABLES grown in my huge gardens!

I am FOULI ( Eva's and Stratos' daughter ) and I am famous for my MUSIC, playing GUITAR and singing GREEK and INTERNATIONAL SONGS!

I am MARIA ( Eva's and Stratos' daughter ) and I am here to help you organise memorable holidays in our beautiful Rethymno - Crete! :-)

We are a small FAMILY business and our aim is HAPPY GUESTS!

We welcome you the day of your arrival and we are HERE 24 HOURS/DAY , EVERYDAY! We are HERE for any information - help you may need! :-)

MORE about the HISTORY of STRATOS VILLAS ---> in KALONIKTIS, RETHYMNO, CRETE :

'Villa STRATOS' was the first Villa which was built on a slope of a hill, just 1 km before the historical village of 'Kaloniktis', in the prefecture of Rethymnon in Crete.

'Villa STRATOS' was named because of the boss of the family named STRATOS.

Then, Stratos built two more villas, the 'Villa FOULI' and the 'Villa MARIA'.

These names are given because of Stratos' and Eva's two daughters, named FOULI and MARIA.

We ( Eva, Stratos, Fouli and Maria ) always do our best, so everything is perfect during our guests' stay in Stratos Villas ( Villa Stratos, Villa Fouli and Villa Maria )!

LOCATION :

Stratos Villas overlook the opposite hills, which resemble an endless natural rock garden. Trees, bushes and herbs grow among the rocky scenery. The small river, just 100m away from the villas, is inhabited by frogs, turtles and crabs. This peaceful scenery makes our villas the PERFECT place to relax and revive your mind, body and soul.

Stratos Villas are located in the middlle of CRETE!

1 hour and 30 minutes drive by car from HERAKLION AIRPORT

1 hour and 15 minutes drive by car from CHANIA AIRPORT

14 km from the town of Rethymno ---> about 10-15 minutes drive by car!

10 km from the closest beach ( North coast ) ---> about 10-15 minutes drive by car!

23 km from the South coast ---> about 40 minutes drive by car!

"Stratos Villas" are well located for excursions not only in the prefecture of Rethymnon, but also of Chania and Heraklion.

Our location is ideal for exploring the near area, within a short drive by car! :-)
