The house is practically on the beach, about five steps from the front door and you find yourself on the beautiful Potokaki beach and another five steps and you are in the sea. Potokaki is a quiet area with a small number of hotels and a couple of restaurants. Just a short 5 minute drive or a leisurely 30 minute walk from Potokaki is the popular tourist town of Pythagorio. Home to Pythagoras this
historic town has a lovely scenic port and is a hub of activity with bars, cafes, restaurants, a historic castle and a recently opened museum. Both Potokaki and Pythagorio are also ideally located within 5kms of Samos International Airport. The house itself consists of an open plan kitchen/ living area, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a shower room and an external patio area with views of the Aegean Sea and the sound of the gentle waves rolling up on the beach. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances – cooker & fridge– and tableware, a TV and air-conditioning. There is also an abundance of hot water, which is provided by the solar panels on the roof. The cost of rental varies, depending on season and length of stay.
