On the ground floor of the cottage is the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with hot tub, a lounge, a dining room, and one bed room with two single beds. O

n the open 1st floor is the master bedroom with a gallery landing, fitted wardrobes, a double bed and en suite toilet and shower facilities. A

At the entrance of the premisses lies the autonomous studio with a small cooking unit and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The gardens
The outside area has even more stunning surprises to offer. The first thing that catches your eye, are the dazzling views of the valley and the mountain Karvounis with the Monastery of the Holy Trinity. A view that changes with every position you take in the gardens. The wonderful terraced gardens surrounding the cottage are filled with flowering tress, grape vines, olive trees and various types of fruit trees to take your pick from like; Orange, Apricot, Lemon, Plum, Pomegranate, Cherry, Fig and Mulberry. Location
The cottage is situated conveniently close to the village of Mytilini with it's traditional village square, taverna's and stores. The island's capital Samos Town, the airport, main sea port, the picturesque harbour resort of Pythagorio, plus many beaches and beautiful mountain walks are no more than a 15 minute drive away.
