Our apartments are only 5 minutes within walking distance from the Mega Ammos beach which has a ‘blue flag’. Mega Ammos is the most popular beach in Thesprotia and is very well organized with restaurants, bars, sea sports and a lifeguard. In each of our apartments four people can sleep. There are two rooms and one bathroom. They also have air condition, TV, fridge, sink and a little cooker where y

ou can cook your meals. Free Wi-Fi. The apartments are surrounded by trees and flowers. At the yard, there is a stone hand-made barbecue, with a traditional oven, grill, and Greek traditional "gastra" (food is cooked in a special baking tray and covered with charcoal). There are tables and chairs to be used by you and your friends and family. The prices of our apartments vary depending on the month you choose to come. Coming to Sivota from abroad, you could come either by plane or by car. There are three airports relatively close to Sivota, these are Corfu airport, Ioannina airport and Preveza (Aktio) airport. There are scheduled flights everyday ‘from’ and ‘to’ these airports which are an hour’s drive away from Sivota. If you are coming by car, then you should drive to one of Italy’s ports (Ancona, Venice, Bari, Brindisi, Trieste) and then by ferry boat you should arrive to the port of Igoumenitsa. Then, Sivota it is only 20 minutes drive from Igoumenitsa. Coming by car from Athens the average time you will need is 5 hours and thirty minutes. Please click on the map on the right to see the way to Sivota. You should always follow the signs for Igoumenitsa and 12km before Igoumenitsa there is a sign for Sivota.
