Katafygio lies high up in the hills above Skiathos town and is a 10 minute drive from the main ring road. For this reason, a small hire car is essential. Access to the property is from a tarmac road and then via a dirt road on to our private driveway where your car can be parked securely.
Nestled in the area of Agios Dimitrios, it is a true reflection of life in the hills with all its familiar sights and sounds.
The house is a spacious and comfortable property to accommodate 2 people and shares the 3500 sq m land with our own home, being approximately 50m away.
You have your own courtyard, equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. There is also a small patio area at the front of the house with love seat and sun umbrella. Both outside areas give magnificent views of the Aegean and Islands of Evia, Skopelos, Alonissos, Arkos and Maragos.
The house has a large bedroom with double bed. There is a sitting room with 2 comfy chairs and 2 large windows where you can relax and admire the beautiful view. There is also a well equipped kitchen.
The nearest shops are situated on the ring road, 10 minutes away, but we are always on hand to help with any urgent supplies.
