The top floor of a cozy sunny house built in the 50s located in the center of this beautiful suburb 20 min. from thessaloniki. Renovated, fully furnished and equipped with a big garden and free private parking space.
The location of the house is unique. The market place, restaurants, cafes are in close walking distance but when you return to the house you can enjoy the tranquility of our village.

It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bathroom and a fully equipped separate kitchen. The living room can be divided in two different rooms. In the back one there is a sofa bed that opens and becomes either a single (0,85x2,00m) or double bed (1,60x2,00m). In front of the sofa the coffee table can easily be opened, elevated and transformed into a dining table for 6.
You can enjoy your morning coffee on its sunny terrace looking to the beautiful garden.
