It is great for socialising with other students in the same building and for accessing many places of interest in Volos on foot. (1) A flat with 3 rooms for 3 people. These are shown as Room 1, Room 2 and Room 3 on the floorplans. This is shown as Studio 1 on the floorplans. (3) A studio 20 m2. This is shown as Studio 2 on the floorplans. All rooms and studios are fully furnished and include all necessary electrical appliances including washing machines. There is also central heating with natural gas Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available. The rent stated above for each room or studio includes utility bills (electricity, gas etc) up to a certain amount, you will be required to pay any bills over that amount. From past experience, the bills rarely exceed the limits but this also depends on how much energy you spend - I can give you tips on saving energy and protecting the environment!
