Ground Floor
This captivating holiday home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in it’s 300m2 space. White-washed walls, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. The Luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The Bespoke Home features two floors. On the ground floor you will find a captivating living-cum, sea-view area with a smart 50’TV and fireplace, an exquisite fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a queen’s bedroom ( 1,60x2,00), with a shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. An extra guest can be comfortably accommodated at the living room sofa.
First Floor
The stairs lead you to the second floor where our guests will find three bedrooms. One double bedroom, with King Size Bed (1,80 x 2,00) and breathtaking sea views, a twin bedroom with two single beds (0,90x2,00) that can be converted into a double upon request and another queen’s bedroom (1,60x2,00). All the bedrooms enjoy amazing sea views and they are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. All bedrooms are fully equipped with high quality beds and mattresses (Coco-Mat), fitted wardrobes, led 32’TVs, wonderful balcony settings and include air conditioning. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, one has a bathtub and the other two bathrooms feature walk-in showers.
External Living | Pool & Outdoor Facilities
Offering stunning views of the Ioanian Sea and providing a great outdoor living space, this luxurious sea-front holiday home is perfect for soaking up the spectacular scenery. The Luxury Residence is set in a 5.000m2 outdoor area with a 55m2 private swimming pool with hydromassage features and mesmerising sea views. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, so you can relax all day long cherishing Zakynthos Summer! Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor shaded dining area with stone-build BBQ facilities (charcoal) , offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea! Feel the ultimate luxury, comfort and relaxation, while admiring the impeccable sew views from the terrace. The villa also features an outdoor playground for our younger guests in mind. Follow through the private villa path to the beach, for long summer sandy walks.
