Come and join the Peli team in Greece this summer as our Restaurant Manager!
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our club restaurant, The Terraces. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
You must be available for the full season (May-October) and hold an EU passport or have the right to work in Greece.

This season we are taking a new direction for our children’s activities! @tarka.london will be taking the reins with exclusive seven day programmes for our 6-8 and 9-10 year olds at the club!
With the help of our wonderful Peligoni Children’s Activity Leaders, in line with TARKA’s ethos, our young guests will be encouraged to fall in love with being active. Think innovative games that put wellbeing at the forefront and fun activities which allow children to put real life skills into practice to unleash their full potential!

EVENTS FLOOR MANAGER 🥂
We host a number of fabulous weekly events at the Club - could you see yourself as the person who ensures every event is a great success?
The Monday BBQ is a family style event; with long feasting tables and delicious food - it is the perfect opportunity for guests to get to know each other. Dinner is typically a collection of sharing plates brought to the table and a live BBQ station where guests can grab a freshly barbecued burger, piece of lamb, pork souvlaki and much more.
The Wednesday Dinner Party is a little more formal, where guests can enjoy canapés and cocktails on arrival, a 3-course meal and then dance the night away at party night!
Our Friday Food Festival involves the Courtyard being transformed into our very own street food festival. We host a number of food truck style stalls serving a variety of dishes accompanied with some live music - this is a sure favourite and often leads to dancing on tables!
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and confident all-rounder with an impeccable attention to detail and a strong F&B background. This is a challenging but extremely rewarding role for those who thrive when given responsibility and gain satisfaction from being part of a team.

GUEST CHEF SERIES
Throughout the low season we host our Guest Chef Series.
Now in its sixth year, accomplished chefs join us each week, working directly with our kitchen team to showcase their talent and produce a delicious and exciting menu to dazzle foodie fans, staff and guests.
From Masterchef competitors, to Great British Menu winners, we’ve had an incredible array of talent join us. In 2023 we welcomed The Happy Pear, Bettina Campolucci Bordi, Sally Abé, Turntable, Bubala, Yoko Nakada, Damien Clisby and Robin Gill, to name a few.
We are expecting another exciting Guest Chef Series in 2024 with Adriana Cavita, Julie Lin, Social Pantry and Claire Thomson already confirmed. The full line up is coming soon, stay tuned over at @peligoni

The House Party
Think boutique festival meets holiday, where the club is transformed into a hub of creativity and music, with live music and DJ sets by the sea, artistic workshops and exciting entertainment, plus long table feasts and pop-ups hosted by talented chefs.
Our incredible team bring this mini Greek festival to life, whether you are working behind the scenes or in the front of house - it is the hard work of the team which makes this week such a success!
Whatever role you are in, working at Peligoni during The House Party guarantees a week full of fun, laughter and… of course, hard work! Aside from this, the team are lucky enough to enjoy the wonderful food, drinks and entertainment on offer during time off and really immerse into the four days of sun-fuelled fun and relaxation.
