Patzy restaurant is in a unique spot of La Antigua which offers Guatemala traditional food cobined with international options at the best price versus quality with the best colonial that defines Antigua. Patzy was born in 1971 and has more that 50 years providig good food, good price , good service and with this very decent facillities in most cases over pass the expectations.
This awsome place began with the efforts of two empowered women who decided to join forces in 1st street and 18th avenue of zone 6 of Guatemala city. Patzy became famous starting with a small cafetteria innovating with cakes know for having abundant woop cream and strawberries which need to be refregetaded. In 1,986 Patzy grew and adquired the rights to Submarine another brand and decide to move to the surrounds of the main square of Guatemala city where since then has also become famous for special sandwhiches called submarines. The quality of Patzy has standarized when 1,998 decided to make a processing and developed a trainning program that guarrantee quality.In 1,999 Patzy was a pioneer in home delivery. In 2002 to they incorporated child playgrounds, parking, wifi and since 2,009 has become present in different regions of the republic. Today we can say the success of Patzy is not just producing good products and having nice locations but like in any company the difference is made by the service providers who are over 1000 that are on constant trainning which makes them better at what they do each day. My favorite of the any Patzys is the one of Antigua however I highly recommend to speak to the manager to make the terrce available which is gorgeous.
