Un buen café se produce bajo una buena sombra (entre el 30-40% de sombra dependiendo del clima y la fertilidad del suelo). La sombra tiene varias funciones en el desarrollo de la planta para que esta nos provea del grano perfecto.
🌱 La cantidad de luz que recibe el cafeto contribuye al proceso de fotosíntesis, dando el verde a sus hojas y haciendo que la planta tenga una vida más larga y una buena producción.
🌱 Mantiene la fertilidad del suelo, aportando materia orgánica y controlando la temperatura y erosión para que el cafeto aproveche mejor los nutrientes.
🌸 Conserva la humedad del suelo durante el verano y preserva el nitrógeno que es esencial para que la planta tenga una mayor floración.
🍒 Contribuye a formar un microclima que ayuda a que la maduración de la cereza sea homogénea y que el grano absorba mayor cantidad de azúcares, resultando en una taza con más con dulzura.

Latte art is the art of creating a design in your coffee by pouring milk foam into an espresso shot. Although it can be a challenge and it takes some practice, we want to share with you some tips to create a great latte art:
✅ Steam your milk to make the foam. Once you are done, let it rest for a few seconds and then swirl it for a more velvety texture.
✅ Tilt the coffee mug that contains the two shots of espresso ☕
✅ Start pouring the milk a little high above the mug until it is about half full.
✅ Gently move the pitcher closer to the mug, make sure to pour at a steady speed.
✅ Move the pitcher from side to side to create a zigzag pattern. When you reach the end of the cup, quickly move the pitcher in a straight line through the pattern.
✅ Raise the pitcher while you untilit the cup and voila, you have created a leaf pattern 🌿
