We visited the 8th anniversary of the event full of flowers, La Antigua Guatemala, and here are some of the wonderful flower displays we saw!🌸

This year’s theme was inspired by “Alice in Wonderland”, an allusion to this magical city of wonders.🌼✨

The Flowers Festival is a unique event in which more than 500 thousand visitors are expected in the colonial city. Doors, balconies, fountains, facades and streets will come to life and color in one of the most anticipated festivals of the year!🌺

It is perhaps one of the forgotten corners of Central America but Guatemala claims its Mayan past and its lush landscape becoming an exceptional destination.

Guatemala is home to an uncommon natural wealth. It’s a green country, of lush vegetation, and endless miles of coastline. A natural scenario in which they also nest relics of Mayan heritage and constructions of the Spanish colonial era.
