Pretty amazing you can get from Antigua to our Acatenango Base Camp in as little as 2-3 hours. Head up in a 4 x 4 for a day trip, or combine it with a night in our comfortable glamping tents to make it a truly memorable experience. Either way, it's the quickest way to the top!

Here at Trek Guatemala, we're proud of our Travel Philanthropy efforts and are amazed at the kindness of our guests! This past weekend, our manager Tomas Lopez Sanchez dropped off guest-donated school supplies, clothing, and sports equipment at the La Soledad Middle School. La Soledad is home to the Acatenango Overnight Hike trailhead and also to the local porters we use for our tours. Giving back feels good!
