The team leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives. This position has a direct and immediate impact on the overall efficiency and profitability of the company.

Skills and Qualifications:
✔At least six (6) months as a Team Leader for a Sales account in the BPO industry
✔At least one (1) year experience as a Sales agent
✔Customer Service experience is a MUST
✔High English proficiency
✔Ability to provide feedback, coaching, and influence a team towards specific goals
✔Strong leadership skills with a result-oriented mindset
✔Schedule availability is a must
✔Ability to drive sales and KPIs by constantly monitoring agents
✔Self-motivated with great people skill
✔Proven experience in people development is required
✔Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:
✔Take escalated calls
✔Drive and exceed team performance
✔Drive important KPIs on a daily basis remotely by constant coaching

📣 STAFF POSITION OPENING: IT DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

This person is primarily responsible for installation, troubleshooting and documentation of hardware and software. The Desktop Support Technician assists coworkers in resolving and/or troubleshooting IT problems in person, over the phone or via email.

🔎 Skills and Qualifications:
At least six (6) months in a similar position
College education in a related field preferred
Proficiency in Windows, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, including hardware diagnostics and repair.
Familiarity with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting common software applications.
Understanding basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Proficiency with remote desktop tools and software to assist users off-site.
Experience with managing users, groups, and permissions within Active Directory.
Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles, including virus protection, secure password management, and encryption.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner to end users.
Full schedule availability
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other IT departments or external vendors when necessary.

🎯 Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
Provide remote support and assist with mobile device management.
Resolve issues within established timeframes to ensure minimal disruption to users.
Set up and deploy new computer systems, including hardware and software installations.
Perform routine maintenance and manage peripheral devices (e.g., printers, scanners).
Track and manage hardware inventory.
Install security updates and antivirus software.
