What is a shuttle? >>> It’s a shared transport service between two points with fixed hours (flexible) in which one travels with other tourists. Especially to well-known destinations, without stops and sometimes with change of vehicle. Mostly door to door but NOT always!
Does every shuttle go from door to door? Not every shuttle is door to door, but most of them are. Ask for the exceptions.
How many pieces of luggage can I bring? You can bring a big suitcase (16 kilos) and a tinier bag (7 kilos). For every extra piece of luggage, you will have to pay half of the value of the bought ticket.
What kind of luggage can’t I bring? Weapons, animals, explosives and breakable objects.
How can I make a reservation? You can pay online using our webpage or write to [email protected]
What type of vehicle is being used for the shuttle? Tiny vehicles with a maximum capacity of 15 persons. It can be a Nissan Urban or Toyota Hiace. Comfort is limited.
Why do other travel companies have different prices? The reason is that we always think about your safety and we want to offer you in case of any problem an excellent responsable service. We do NOT know about other companies doing this.
Are the shuttles comfortable? Our shuttles aren’t private services. Because of this we will try to fill the vehicle to its maximum capacity (low price = generating volume) without passing the capacity either .
Does the bus stop for visits on the way? No, the bus only makes technical stops when it’s absolutely necessary. (bathroom stop or illness)
Where do I put my luggage? We will place your luggage on top of the vehicle. If it rains we will cover it with a canvas.
Are the drivers bilingual guides? They are only drivers, they aren’t necessarily bilingual, nor certified guides. Their knowledge of the country is limited and they are NOT contracted as Guides.
Do the drivers expect a tip? Yes, they expect it. We propose $3 for the driver per person .
Do you operate with your own vehicles? To assure maximum coverage in the territory, not all of the shuttles are operated by us. Some may be subcontracted.
Do I receive a discount if I order various shuttles? Yes, it depends on the number of services that you desire.
Can I change the date of my shuttle? Yes, but only once with the same destination. You will need to tell us with at least 72 hours of anticipation.
If I miss my shuttle because of an own error, what will happen? You will have to buy another ticket or order a private service if you have to arrive urgently. We are NOT responsible if you did not PAY in advance.
What is a NO SHOW? A NO SHOW is when a passenger doesn’t appear when the shuttle is leaving because of his own fault.
Can I use the shuttle with a wheelchair? Our shuttle vehicles don’t have the facilities to transport a wheelchair user comfortably. We recommend you to use a private transport for more ease.
Do children have to have a ticket? Children of age 2 and more have to have an own seat due to transport regulations and insurance.
Do I have to pay in advance? Yes .. you have to … no credit is given , all reservations need to be confirmed by PAYMENT (ask for payment forms)
