PAL cancels some international & domestic flights due to Typhoon Ulysses ("Vamco")
For the safety of our passengers, PAL has cancelled the following flights in anticipation of Typhoon ULYSSES (international name “Vamco”), which is expected to directly affect parts of the Philippines:

PAL will closely monitor the typhoon situation and will provide updates on further changes. Please continue to monitor the status of your flights by logging on to www.philippineairlines.com or checking further advisories on our Official PAL page.
Even after the typhoon recedes and weather improves, it may take some time to restore normal schedules, as we would need to reposition aircraft and undertake other operational adjustments based on the revised slots and clearances at the affected airports, in coordination with the airport and air traffic control authorities.
Please do not proceed to the airport if your flight is cancelled, but instead avail of the rebooking options (see below).
FOR PASSENGERS OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS:
If your contact details are in our reservations records, you will be informed of the status of your flights via e-mail, telephone call or SMS/text.
You have the option to rebook on the flight of your choice (on the same cabin class) within 30 days from original travel date with rebooking service fees waived.
You also have the option to refund your ticket cost within 30 days from original travel date.
You may convert your ticket to a travel voucher for future use.

If your flight is cancelled and you need to take another covid-19 test for your new flight schedule, you may undergo RT-PCR testing at the Philippine Airlines Learning Center (PLC) located at 540 Padre Faura cor. Adriatico St. Ermita, Manila.
Our Department of Health-accredited laboratory partner Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics provides drive-thru or walk-in RT-PCR testing from 8AM to 5PM daily at a cost of PHP4,500. Results are released within 24 hours.
Payment options are: cash (PHP currency only), card (debit/credit), GCash, PayPAL, WeChatPay, or Alipay.

Upon entering the PAL Learning Center for your RT-PCR testing, please present your ID, plane ticket and QR code indicating that you have successfully registered the passenger profile and health declaration online.
