“The Big Idea”
Today’s market place has become a war of ideas. Unless you stand out for something, you wont stand out at all. Redgoodss is specifically dedicated to meeting our clients needs through strategic free thinking to achieve unique solutions. We don’t have a standard process to develop a project. In our experience, one size doesn’t fit all. Instead we find a way of doing things that is right for your company. However big or small the project we will develop the fundamental core “Big Idea” behind the design direction and idea. From the start we are not interested in design for design sake. Design needs to be relevant and have a purpose that based on facts about the market and the clients brand. We adopt a holistic view of every thing we do and we develop an understanding on how “The Big Idea” will always convey a strong idea. A Big Idea - plus an action plan for implementation, will result in an improvement, gain or a profit. Its not enough to just have a good idea. Only when you act and implement, do your ideas come to reality and truly innovate.
“Imagination is more important than knowledge”. Albert Einstein
Creative Design Strategy Management
Depending on the nature of the project and the scale certain projects need creative Design Strategy that can provide policy, a frame work on how a project can be implemented. We will assist our clients in formulising the tools that are required for their project. Redgoodss will provide the management process, systems and standards to undertake the task in hand as well as the leadership and direction to turn the vision in to reality. Process and Methodology
Redgoodss will formulate a bespoke process and methodology to carryout the proposed scope of works. We will document an appropriate method statement for undertaking the work that needs to be done. This will be used for planning and understanding the logical step by step tasks that the team need to undertake to complete the project. Implementation Strategy
Most large scale developments or retail rollout projects need an Implementation Strategy at Redgoodss we will develop a implementation strategy that addresses the entire implementation strategy that is necessary to develop a large scale project. This implementation will address from The Big Ideas, through the design process, design development, prototyping, testing, tooling, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, construction/site works and installation. The implementation will also address the cost, time and speed the implementation process can be undertaken. Consultancy
From time to time Redgoodss is asked by Developers, Real Estate Consultants and clients to review existing design concepts development plans and ideas. Redgoodss also helps retailers with trying to identify areas where improvements to existing developments or new concepts can be made. We carryout design reviews and provide an independent and objective view on the design, planning or general look and feel of the development or store. Branding and Identity Services
