-1948-1957年電汽化時代全金屬纜車車廂正式投入服務，它就是現今全自動化車廂的前身。
-1957-1989全鋁質的車廂誕生，變為雙卡車箱，可載72 人。
-1989-2021 微型計算機時代巳升級至雙卡車廂列車 ，並提升載客量至每車120人 。
