【環保議題】生態藝術廁所

台灣古坑鄉麻園村有一座特別嘅生態藝術廁所，係由藝術家拉馬·默提司（Lama Motis）花咗5個月親手建造！

呢座生態廁所由外到內都使用環保物料，座廁係用廢棄木桶製成，而尿兜就係用廢棄大水桶做嘅，真係好有創意同環保！

經過處理後嘅排泄物會重新返還土地，實現生態永續嘅目標。每位如廁者都成為藝術參與者，仲引導大家思考點樣共同建立更友善嘅環境。

去廁所嘅時候，我哋可以感受到環保同藝術嘅完美交融，真係一個特別又有意義嘅體驗！

【香港零用水廁所】

香港有位發明家自2010年起就致力研發生態廁所系統「DehTlet 岱麟」，實現零用水沖廁！

呢個系統利用有氧分解方法進行乾濕分離處理，完全毋須用水沖廁，用家唔需要擔心溢出液體或者產生惡臭，仲可以有效防止對周圍土壤同埋水源造成污染。丟棄嘅廁紙等雜物會同液體分離，同固體排洩物一齊風乾分解，處理後嘅排洩物可以作為肥料直接使用，唔需要再進行高溫堆肥，真係環保又實用！

呢座位於紐西蘭威靈頓嘅「龍蝦公廁」，乍看之下，彷彿係一件藝術品 🎨。佢嘅設計靈感來自有趣嘅龍蝦造型，令您忍唔住想靠近，甚至想探索入面嘅奧秘！✨

呢座公廁嘅造價高達37.5萬紐西蘭元（約港幣175萬）💰，設計師表示，希望透過呢個獨特外觀吸引遊客，仲想喚起人哋對海濱過去漁業歷史嘅感情 🌊🐟。

【運動員嘅如廁困境】憋尿之苦

每個運動員處理憋尿呢件事嘅方法可能都唔一樣，但有一個共通點：冇人想拎佢嚟討論。其實，憋尿對運動員嚟講，真係一個大問題。

幾年前，布朗大學神經學教授史奈德發表咗一份研究，其中發現強烈嘅排尿需求會影響認知功能，例如快速決策同工作記憶，影響程度甚至可以比擬酒駕。所以，憋尿會嚴重影響運動員嘅表現。

憋尿帶來嘅痛苦會損害運動員嘅判斷同反應，嚴重程度可以媲美酒後駕車或24小時缺乏睡眠。對運動員嚟講，呢個秘辛真係值得重視！

【環保議題】喺垃圾山重生嘅廁所

位於日本埼玉縣里山嘅「三富今昔村」自然主題公園，早喺20幾年前因為非法丟棄垃圾而變得髒亂，但而家已經重生，成為一個美麗嘅地方！

其中一個功臣就係重生於垃圾山中嘅生態廁所「TOILETOWA」。呢座可以完全循環、唔需要耗費水資源嘅生態建築，由一棟圓形廁所同進行排泄物分解同水循環嘅發酵槽組成。更特別嘅係，佢所有建材都採用回收材料同可回歸大自然嘅天然材料。

「TOILETOWA」仲能夠將排泄物經過發酵系統處理後，再次轉化為可用資源，真正實現水資源再生循環，為環保做出貢獻！

呢個廁所喺垃圾山上重生嘅例子，證明咗環保同可持續發展可以帶來美好嘅改變！
