【是最後 | 也是開始】

2024年的最後一個活動，也是2025年的第一個活動。感謝「香港城市大學」的同學們，前往首爾進行了一項跨年的義工遊學旅程，為「瘋義遊」忙碌的2024年劃上完美的句號，也同時開啟了2025年更瘋狂的挑戰。HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The last event of 2024 is also the first event of the year of 2025, thanks to the students of City University of Hong Kong, who went to Seoul for a cross-year volunteer service study trip, which is really a perfect ending for the busy year of 2024, and "Bee" is also initiated into crazier challenges in the year of 2025. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

🎊🎊In the past spring and summer, Bee Team has organised 3️⃣5️⃣ study tours with more than 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ students and teachers travelling to 3️⃣ continents ✈️ to take part in different themes including community service, STEM, culture and history, environmental conservation, sports, career planning, leadership training, academic exchange, etc. 🌞As the new academic year is about to start, Bee Culture Travel will continue to work hard to discover more interesting,🥳 fun and in-depth experience tours, so that you can continue to travel the world with us together and broaden your horizons!🎊🎊

【人生的第一次】

人生總有很多第一次嘗試，40多位香港中學生剛在６月的遊學團完成了多個人生的第一次：

【繼續精彩的４月】

【Non-Stop Goodness in April】

It’s perfect to have a meal and take a shower in this hot day☀️☀️☀️! How about do all of these with elephants🐘! Yesterday, Twenty-nine Hong Kong secondary school teachers and students participated in an elephant conservation activity in and being volunteers for a whole day. We know that it’s hard, but today will be even harder!

Cheer up, Kids! Don't forget to keep hydrated all the time!

🎉🎉【香港學生打破首爾社區廚房單日紀錄】

我們的首爾社區廚房項目，在剛過去的復活節假期迎來了一項新的紀錄。

來自香港的20位中學師生，在為期7天的義工遊學團中，在當地參與了3項不同的義工活動，其中一項活動是到訪當地的社區廚房，協助組織為當地有需要社區人士提供午膳服務。學生們參與了從預備食材、協助烹調、列隊送飯、膳後清潔及打掃等不同崗位的工作，相信對於平日學業繁重的香港學生們，可能這天已打破了往日在香港做家務工作的時數。

然而，這次我們的中學生代表，不僅打破自己的紀錄，他們在當日充分投入的表現，配合並協助工作人員備餐共5️⃣7️⃣0️⃣份午飯，刷新了社區廚房單日午飯備餐的新紀錄，該廚房自運作以來平均每天的午餐數目只約400份，當地工作人員驚訝我們香港學生的協作能力與高度參與，負責人特別委託我們感謝是次師生們的努力付出，也希望是次活動能帶給他們一次難得的體驗，以及啟發他們思考香港社區與當地的差異。

🎉🎉【Hong Kong Students Broke the Single-Day Record of Seoul Community Kitchen】

Our Seoul Community Kitchen project set a new record during the Easter holidays.

Twenty secondary school students and teachers from Hong Kong participated in three different volunteer activities during the 7-day volunteer & study tour, one of which was a visit to a local community kitchen to help organise a lunch service for the local community in need. The students were involved in different positions from preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking, queuing up to serving the meal, cleaning and sweeping up after the meal, etc. We believe that Hong Kong students who are busy with their studies, this day might have broken the previous hours of doing housework in Hong Kong.

However, our secondary school students not only broke their own records, they were fully engaged in the performance of the day, co-operation and assisted the staff to prepare a total of 5️⃣7️⃣0️⃣ lunches, set a new record for the community kitchen lunch preparation in a single day, the average number of lunches per day since the operation of the kitchen is only about 400, the local staff amazed at the ability to co-operate with the high level of participation of our students, the person in charge of the kitchen in particular thank the teachers and students for their contributions and hope that this activity will bring them a rare experience and inspire them to think about the differences between the Hong Kong community and the local community in Seoul.

【6️⃣公里的上學路】
您能想像每天花上3小時，徒步6公里的山路，為的只是上學這樣的基本需求嗎？

在剛過去的復活節假期，我們香港的小學生來到貴州省黔東南苗族侗族自治州，走進世界最大侗寨 - 肇興侗寨、欣賞堂安梯田最美的曲線、走進黃崗侗寨小學課堂與當地小孩一起上課學習、跟老人學習小工藝等，已讓眾小伙子們大開眼界。

然而最深刻的體驗必定是和山區的孩子一起，徒步6公里山路，體會山區孩子獲取知識的艱辛。這親身參與的體驗絕對是對香港學生課堂外的最佳學習課堂，遊學不一定舒適和公式化，我們相信體驗式遊學才能讓學生們感受最深，也能讓他們受用一生。

【Hiking 6️⃣ kilometres to school】
Can you imagine that spending 3 hours a day and hiking 6 kilometres up a mountain road for going to school?

During the past Easter holidays, our Hong Kong primary school students visited the Qiandongnan Miao and D**g Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province. They walked into the world's largest D**g village - Zhaoxing D**g Village, enjoyed the most beautiful curves of the Tang'an Terraces, walked into the primary school classroom of Huanggang D**g Village to study with local children, and learnt about small crafts from the elderly, etc., which were an eye-opening experience for the youngsters.

However, the most memorable experience was definitely the 6km hiking with the local children in the mountainous areas, where they learnt how difficult it is for local children to acquire knowledge. This kind of experience is definitely the best experience for Hong Kong students learning outside of the classroom. Study tours are not necessarily comfortable and formulaic, and we believe that experiential study tours are the only way to give students the deepest feelings, which will impact them a lifetime.

活動是為當地年紀老邁的長輩👴🏼👵🏻，幫助他們將👩🏼‍🌾🧑🏻‍🌾農地開墾，之後更會到社區中心💒陪伴老人家玩遊戲🙆‍♂️🤸🏻‍♀️同表演，希望大家享受旅程🥳更能幫助到當地人，用您們的汗水換來一個美好的回憶🥰🥰
