Louise and the recently awarded One MICHELIN Star restaurant, Racines, are teaming up for an exclusive collaboration dinner at .hkg on Wednesday, 17 April 2024. This special event brings together the innovative minds of Chef and the co-founders and executive chefs of .hk , Chefs and .castillo.56.

An imaginative 5-course tasting menu will be created, highlighting their culinary expertise and innovative mastery. On 2 April evening, .hk welcomes , the founder of and his team to join us for a special collaboration that beautifully combines cuisine and mixology. Inspired by Chef and ’s cultural backgrounds, this unique event will bring together a symphony of Neapolitan and Roman flavours, celebrating the culinary traditions and connections between the two iconic Italian cities.

Through a carefully curated 6-course dinner menu by the Estro team, paired with 6 specially crafted cocktails by the team, we aim to evoke a sense of nostalgia, showcasing the historic charm of Naples and Rome, with a touch of conviviality and playfulness.
