Our Social Hub at HQ2 has been transformed into an Olympic Games replay centre, where our artisans can come together during lunch to cheer on their favourite athletes, building community and celebrating our shared passion for sports.

Our next-gen workplace in Kowloon West is about more than just work. It's designed to foster collaboration and connection, and we're thrilled to see our artisans enjoying its amenities.

New World Group Artisan Enchantment Award Ceremony was a resounding success! We were honoured that top management joined the event to present the awards to our exceptional Artisans.

Highlights of the event included the presentation of the Long Service Awards, where we expressed our heartfelt gratitude for the devotion of our Artisans who have been with us for decades. These individuals have demonstrated unwavering commitment and have played a crucial role in the growth and success of New World over the years. It was truly touching to hear the stories shared by the awardees, especially those who have dedicated 40 years of their hard work to New World. The presence of families added to the joy and celebration of the event, as they shared in our appreciation for the accomplishments of their loved ones.

New World Group Futurist Leadership Academy (FLA) Opening Ceremony on 25 March was a remarkable success as our enthusiastic Futurist Leaders (FLs) came together to kickstart their committed development journey.

We are honoured to have Principal and Vice-Principals who are from different business units of the Group to introduce the exciting new business projects which the FLs are tasked with to bring to life in the next six months. We are grateful for their steadfast belief in and unwavering commitment to being a part of this historic occasion.

With an aim of sustaining long term business and organisational growth, the FLA is designed to provide FLs with extraordinary opportunities to take on the challenge to create business impact that contributes to the Group while getting themselves ready to be future successors. To identify the best to be our FLs, a comprehensive and in-depth assessment has been conducted including qualitative competency-based interviews and behavioural role plays, while nominees’ strategic-thinking and leadership competencies were evaluated.
