✈️【南航集團國慶假期計畫執行2.3萬個航班 全力保障旅客出行】
為方便廣大旅客利用國慶假期出行，南航集團計畫在國慶日前後增班超過3000班次，國慶假期期間計畫執行航班量2.3萬班次，全力保障旅客享受愉快美好的國慶假期。
國內航線方面，南航在國慶日假期計畫執行航班超2萬班次。其中，熱門目的地以新疆、貴州、雲南、甘肅等西部省份為主，加班主要投放在西北、西南、中南、華東等旅遊熱點航線上，累計安排加班超2300班次。包括廣州往返喀什、臨沂、瀘州，深圳往返大理、麗江、西寧等航線，北京大興往返新疆喀什、阿勒泰，烏魯木齊往返昆明、杭州、濟南等航線。
國際及地區航線方面，南航在國慶日假期計畫執行航班近3000班次。其中，日本、東南亞等航線的熱度從暑運延續到國慶日假期，如廣州、長春、武漢、鄭州往返東京航線，南航加班廣州至曼谷、吉隆玻、河內、檳城、普吉、沙巴等東南亞航線。
國慶期間，南航將重點關注老年旅客、兒童旅客、首次乘機旅客等特殊旅客群體，做好乘機注意事項溫馨提醒。在廣州樞紐將通過提前預查旅客人數、靈活增開團隊櫃檯和特殊旅客服務櫃檯、加派人員巡視引導等方式，及時做好旅客問詢及分流指引，確保高峰時段旅客有序快速乘機。同時，將增開晚到旅客通道、增開移動智慧櫃檯協助旅客快速改簽、加強值機及登機口等多崗位聯動及引導，保障旅客順利成行。
✈️【China Southern Group Plans to Operate 23,000 Flights During the National Day Holiday to Support the Travel of Passengers】
To facilitate the travel of passengers during the National Day holiday, China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. (China Southern Group) plans to increase over 3,000 flights before and after the National Day holiday, with a total of 23,000 flights scheduled during the holiday period to ensure that passengers enjoy a pleasant National Day holiday.
Regarding domestic travel, China Southern Group plans to operate more than 20,000 flights during the National Day holiday. It will focus on popular destinations in western provinces such as Xinjiang, Guizhou, Yunnan and Gansu. Over 2,300 extra flights will be arranged mainly on hot tourist air routes in northwest, southwest, central south and east China, like Guangzhou to and from Kashgar, Linyi and Luzhou; Shenzhen to and from Dali, Lijiang and Xining; Daxing in Beijing to and from Kashgar and Altay in Xinjiang; Urumqi to and from Kunming, Hangzhou and Jinan.
Regarding international and regional travel, China Southern Group plans to operate nearly 3,000 flights during the National Day holiday. Flights to Japan and Southeast Asia have remained popular since the summer travel rush, such as round-trip flights from Guangzhou, Changchun, Wuhan and Zhengzhou to Tokyo. Therefore, China Southern Group plans to add flights from Guangzhou to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Penang, Phuket and Sabah, and other Southeast Asian routes during the National Day holiday.
During the National Day holiday, China Southern Group will pay attention to special passengers such as the elderly, children and first-time passengers, providing them with reminders on precautions. At its Guangzhou hub, China Southern Group will check the number of passengers in advance, open additional service counters for group customers and special passengers flexibly, and designate more personnel for patrol and guidance. These efforts aim to promptly handle passenger inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure orderly and fast boarding during peak hours. Moreover, it will increase the channels for passengers arriving late and mobile intelligent counters to assist passengers in quick ticket changes and strengthen the coordination and guidance across various roles, such as check-in counters and boarding gates, to ensure the smooth travel of passengers.
