欖球運動需要好大的體能,要在比賽場內奔馳同攔截對手,肌力、心肺耐力和靈活性缺一不可。
日前 Gai Wu Rugby Football Club - 雞糊欖球會 的恆常訓練就安排在Leap進行,為10月開始的新球季積極做準備!今次訓練由Group Training和拳擊組成,Group Training以多元化的訓練全面提升體能;而拳擊訓練則主要鍛煉進攻及攔截技巧,比賽時能更敏捷截球,亦能輕易避開對方攔截。導師Ocean亦有參與訓練呢!
希望雞糊欖球隊於新球季獲取更佳的成績!
