We are thrilled to have contributed artworks to the newly opened Park Hyatt London River Thames — one of our most exciting projects this year.

Our challenge was to create a series of photographic works that not only reflect the hotel’s location by the River Thames, both historically and contextually, but also express these influences in a contemporary way. Guided by the curatorial theme of “ebb & flow” led by , we developed a collection of abstract floral imagery that is fluid, sophisticated, and timeless.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible client and art consultant for their trust and collaboration. We hope these artworks stand the test of time, offering guests a surprising yet tranquil aesthetic experience.

The Hong Kong Baptist University - College of International Education offers associate degree programs for students who could not enter university straight-away. This academic detour, for some students on the Shek Mun (石門) campus, may feel discouraged or even defeated by the system.

To reflect the Baptist Christian heritage (浸信會), we wanted to recreate and visualize an episode from the Bible that encourages us through symbolism of water, light and the rock as our foundation.

Moses (摩西), who is known by many as a leader who led people out of slavery from Egypt, but he was in fact no elite. His humble beginning nearly died, but then saved from the water. He was chosen by his faith and not by his work. With his lack of self-confidence, he asked God to reveal himself through the cleft of a rock, so he may have the courage to face the people who were following him.

God said, ‘while my glory passes by I will put you in a cleft of the rock, and I will cover you with my hand until I have passed by.’ (Exodus 出埃及記 33:22)

One of our most memorable art projects in the last two years has been completed at Hong Kong Baptist University - College of International Education, 5th Floor, Shek Mun (石門) campus.

Still remembered our first site visit in 2019. It was a humid and gloomy day, we walked on the wet tiles at the podium on 5th floor. The amphitheater-style steps laid out at the peripheral of the site were in horrendous condition. However, we saw a great open space overlooking distant hills like a masterful painting full of potentials for self-reflection and contemplation.

We thought to ourselves, what if sunbeams pierce through the clouds at that very moment and spread onto this place? What can we create to bring everyone together and be a blessing to all students, faculties and staffs?

Blue Prints of Wan Chai Cyanotype on silk, found objects, acrylic, wood Variable dimensions 2022 Wan Chai is an area full of history rooted in her relationship between the people and the sea, for the sea supplies abundance to the inhabitants. Taking inspirations from the Chinese character of Wan Chai as a departure point, we have embarked on a journey of collecting objects of both man and nature. We began from the coastline and ended at the exhibition venue. These found objects were re-appropriated as art materials and placed over silk under sunlight. The cast shadows create fleeting white marks on a blue field, like water reflection over the surface of a seascape. Through the act of repurposing these objects from the ground, we hope to breathe new life into them. Time and time again, nature has prompted us to reconciliation even now living with a global pandemic.
