Instead of paying expensive hotel fees every time you go on holiday, or being limited to a certain week at a certain resort with traditional timeshare ownership, IHC lets Members use Points to book accommodation through one of five resort networks – Innovative Holiday Club by Club Wyndham, Greenland Kangyang, Club Wyndham Asia, Club Wyndham South Pacific and WorldMark, The Club.
Members get access to hundreds of different resorts across the world, including properties in China, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, the United States, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand and Europe.
The world is a big place, and you deserve to be able to explore all of it.
It’s also important that you can travel when it’s convenient for you – between your job, your partner’s, and the kids, getting time off together isn’t easy.
That’s why we’ve implemented a flexible Points system that can be used to book any day, any time of the year. Points are IHC’s in-Club currency: you’ll receive the number of Points you signed up for once a year, which you can use to pay for resort accommodation.
As long as there’s availability at your chosen resort and you have enough Points on hand, you can book whenever you like – a two-day getaway to visit your in-laws, or a two-week vacation where you do nothing but relax by the beach.
Best of all, you’ll never have to pay for a hotel room again, and the tens of thousands of dollars you would have wasted on a few nights of accommodation stays in your pocket instead.
We’ve also innovated by creating Flexi-Levies – our answer to life’s uncertainties.
Most holiday clubs ask their members to pay annual levies, which are a fixed fee that go towards maintaining club resorts, paying staff, and providing guests with the best travel experience possible.
Regardless of how often you travel, how many Points you use, or where you go, traditional timeshare will always charge you a fixed-fee annual levy.
It doesn’t seem fair, does it? Sometimes, work or personal circumstances mean we can’t go on holidays (even when we want to), and being forced to pay hundreds of dollars for a service we aren’t using makes life even harder.
IHC isn’t traditional holiday club. We think you should only pay levies when you’re actually travelling, and that’s where Flexi-Levies come in.
If, for whatever reason, you can’t travel one year, you can give the Points you would have received that year back to the Club. We’ll then waive your levies for the next twelve months, meaning you don’t need to pay a cent.
