The Best Deal on the Island of Guanaja. Bluff House Villa-The definition of a Caribbean getaway. The villa consists of five (5) bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The upper main floor of 3600 feet consists of two (2) super master bedrooms measuring 16'x 48' with 18' ceilings. All ceilings and accent walls are tongue and groove wood construction. The bathrooms have custom made vanities, spa tub, showers and high end fixtures. The kitchen has custom made mahagony cabinets and granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. The living room area is tastefully decorated in the Caribbean style with entertainment center and surround sound. All rooms on the upper level have incredible ocean views. The upper level also has a tiled wrap around deck. The lower level consists of over 2000 sq. ft. with (4) bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a 28'x 72' tiled deck with 10'x20' dipping pool and utility room/laundry room/kitchen. There are five (5) kayaks, (2) canoes, a guide boat for your use. Also, a utility vehicle (ATV) for transporting you to and from the dock. The property is beautifully landscaped with a dozen varieties of mature palms and flowering plants. Bluff House Villa has standard electric, hot water and internet. Bluff House Villa was constructed between 2008-2009. We can accommodate up to (10) people at a time. Our rates are $150.00/person/day which includes (3) meals each day. In the event that you wish to do your own cooking, we have un-catered rates. We have hosted dive groups and saltwater fishing groups. For dive groups we can provide you with a local experience dive master. For fishing groups, we can provide experienced fishing guides. Bluff House is an ideal location for a Destination Wedding.
