Former BVV guests and friends we are excited to announce an expansion of Bay View Vista in 2025. We have nearly finished the main house.

Three bedrooms, 3.5 baths nearly 1200 sf of additional outdoor deck space including a 3rd story overlook with fire table for a relaxing evening with your family or friends and a drink.

Lovely dishes, linens, etc. we felt spoiled. Treat yourself to this special place. 82 seems to be the magic temperature. Their pool is a delight. We will miss it. 🏦🏝️👍🏻🐠

New AirBnb review from Susanne from Canada: I fell in love with this rental as soon as I arrived. The view is stellar. You are essentially a cliff top home with quiet and peaceful atmosphere both day and night (no roosters or dogs). It is extremely private, the pool is warm and has the same wonderful view over the calm inlet of First Bight. Lots of birds to watch as they perform their aerial ballet, often at eye level.

I was there alone most of the time and never once felt unsafe as the security is very good and they were aware I was alone.

To say the home has all the modern conveniences is an understatement. It is obvious from the lovely decorative touches and upscale appliances that the owners use this casita.

The deck is huge and offers your choice of shade or sun all day long. the patio furniture is cushioned and plentiful.

I have traveled the world for more than ten years and would put this rental at the top of the list. A car is required at this location to get around the island.

Our vacation to Africa was awesome. We enjoyed The Kruger National Park from beginning to the end.

We rented a car and explored a lot of the island, but we always had the option to escape the resort and tourist scene and return to the house for peace and quiet.”

10/10. This place is amazing! We spent a lot of time in the infinity pool looking at the ocean view and listening to all the birds. Inside, every corner of the house is nicely decorated. The big windows let a lot of light in and you can appreciate the views. There’s A/C in the living room and in the bedroom to chill down after a long day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped. Big plus - the fridge has filtered water. Just make sure you go to the grocery store before you get there because you won’t want to leave once you’re there. The photos are great but it’s even better in person. We’ve been to Roatan 10+ times and this has definitely been our best experience. We’ll be back!”

It’s near the center of the island with supermarkets, attractions and restaurants close at hand but we found renting a car gave us the best access to them. The casita is located in Parrot Tree Resort with its beautiful beach and other perks. The house is tastefully decorated, the view is stunning, the pool is just right and the very responsive owners have thought of everything. It’s a place you will want to come back to.”

Sean (property owner) was so easy to communicate with and made everything go seamless, as was his property manager Mary. The home is furnished and stocked with everything you could possibly need, and more! We were so disappointed on our first day there that we forgot our bluetooth speaker for the beach and pool..........no fear! There was one there! Now, that is thinking of every little detail. If you are looking for quiet and away from the touristy areas (we always do) this is a fantastic choice. Typically when we travel we never return to a destination as we like to continue exploring but this is one place that we definitely want to go back to. They have built a comfortable and beautifully decorated home. We could have stayed at the house for days without even leaving if we wanted to. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!”
