We have some Roatan Oasis classics which you see see routinely on the menu but we endeavor to create new and exciting dishes on a regular bases- internationally inspired, locally prepared. We are open 3 day a week right
now with our Oasis Menu. This gives us flexibility for private parties. We have a great poolside venue for private day time get togethers and we do monthly events including tapas nights, Indian feasts and quiz nights. Check out our website for more info on our menu, events and products
Small Plates September is here, and I'm excited! Small plates are exactly what they sound like—small portions meant to be ordered many at a time or on a rolling basis throughout your meal. We encourage sharing so everyone gets to try a little of each item. The menu is finalized and updated. Tables and bar stools are still available for tonight!
Many have asked what we have in plan for the menu for Small Plates September, so here's a sneak peak! By no means is this menu finished! We still have a little finalising to do this weekend!

Thunder is rolling!! You know what that means….. a night wondering if Reco will stay on long enough to cook dinner. We don’t do this dish very often but I have been craving it. Special tonight—Tofu wonton soup -
Seared ginger tofu wontons, mushrooms, greens, spicy vegan broth, topped with cilantro.
Perhaps it should be “build your own soup” as it is equally as delicious with rice noodles, chicken or even pork belly… yum… have it the way you want it!

Last week we were honored to host 2 celebrations for some of our absolutely favourite guests - an anniversary and a birthday. One of the things we love about this restaurant is that guests become friends and not only support us consistently but chose us and enjoy their special moments here. Every Sunday for the past few months I have cooked a roast dinner for my family. Since we missed it this week we thought we would share the best parts with you as an appetizer. Yorkshire pudding with roast beef, horseradish cream and gravy ( if your not a British and haven’t tried it, trust me! Last week was our 9 (!) year anniversary of breaking ground on our home and restaurant. Its been a wild ride and we couldn't be happy with what we have achieved and what we offer. Our dynamic, ever changing globally inspired menu allows us to be creative with new dishes and revisit previously loved menu items, as well as incorporating some of our fresh, (very) local items. As the memory of Andi helping with the compost pops us, we are reminded that our garden is a result of the productive time spent during lock down and the lessons we learnt from it. With continued work we are happy to have, fresh laid eggs, lime, chilis, starfruit and herbs, amongst other seasonal produce to use in our dishes.
