One of the best dishes to come out of our small plates menu-
flame grilled squid and pepper skewer with crispy pork belly and prik nam pla, topped with housegrown Thai Basil
(What is prik nam pla- a mix of fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar and chili...and basically makes everything taste fantastic!)

12oz bone-in Pork Chop - triple mustard sauce, mashed potatoes and creamy bacon cabbage

Lamb Shank Vindaloo - slow-cooked lamb shank in a deep, flavourful Indian spiced sauce served with homemade naan bread, rice, and chutney

Lamb Meatballs - in a rich spiced tomato sauce, served with grilled baguette and goat cheese

Shrimp and Bacon Tortlini - spicy roasted tomato sauce, crispy bacon

Thank you to those who supported (and loved) our Small Plates September! We will be doing it again - and you won't have to wait until next September

However, for now, we will be offering some of our classics (including triple mustard pork chop with creamy bacon cabbage!!! (IYKYK!)

Here is some exciting news. We will be open next Monday and Tuesday for a "Menu Mixture" - a blend of our small plates menu and our full menu.

Yes- Ribs lovers, pork chop lovers, Firecracker Cauliflower lovers, creamy bacon cabbage lovers- this is your chance to get your regular Oasis fix before we close! (preorders are welcomed!)

Slow season is approaching and we thoguht we would take the opportunity to do something a little different! I've always wanted to have a tapas style restaurant so for the month of september we will be doing"Small Plates September" - a menu made up of flavourful small dishes esigned to be shared and enjoyed with wine, cocktails and good company. We will be rolling out more info on this next week with a sneak peak at some of the menu items

Do you have 1-2 years experience in a restaurant kitchen?

We have an opening for an immediate start as a line cook or sous chef. You will primarily be in charge of the appetiser station, and desserts.

The restaurant is only open 3 or 4 days a week but we all work full time using the times we are closed for training, prep and cleaning. We are a small team so everybody helps everywhere.

Saturday afternoon and Sunday (other then special occasions) will be days off

Tenemos una vacante para un comienzo inmediato como cocinero de línea o sous chef. Estarás principalmente a cargo de la estación de aperitivos y postres.

El restaurante solo abre 3 o 4 días a la semana, pero todos trabajamos a tiempo completo usando los horarios en los que estamos cerrados para capacitación, preparación y limpieza. Somos un equipo pequeño por lo que todos ayudan en todas partes.

El sábado por la tarde y el domingo (excepto en ocasiones especiales) serán días libres.
