🦈 Today July 14th is a special day for shark fans all over the world as we get the opportunity to create positive change in name of this amazing creature. Sharks need protection as they play an essential role in keeping the seas healthy and productive, and yet various threats make these ocean rulers a persecuted and vulnerable species. Just here in Roatan we have about 5 different species including the Caribbean reef shark, silky shark and the scalloped hammerhead. We encourage you to find out more about these magnificent animals and raise your voice for their protection.
