Most recently, we have been working on projects to ensure a more relaxing, fun time when at the property… adding a new fire pit w/ recessed seating, an infinity edge plunge pool, a grilling & eating area, a palapa perfect for reading a book or watching the sunsets, and four hammocks positioned perfectly to catch the trade winds from the ocean…

We also took the opportunity to update the fencing and night time lighting… including new front gates, side gates to neighboring properties, more transparent materials near the beach to maintain the amazing views, and large solar lights throughout the property to maximize guest privacy and make it easier to navigate around the property…

Next… we updated the 3BR main house, adding new windows, A/C, kitchen, bathroom, and large screened in porch facing the beach!

Lots of changes at Never Winter over the last several months… want to keep all the charm while updating a few amenities for relaxing and enjoying Roatan!

We began with remodeling and expanding the wonderful pier… table, bar, sink, with lighting on the 1st floor and built-in benches, tables, and lounge chairs on 2nd floor. Perfect for enjoying coffee at sunrise, a cocktail at sunset, or lounging in the sun during the day.
