Final touches are taking place as we recently put in a mini kitchen (sink, induction hot top, microwave, fridge) and are adding a SmartTV (50in) as well as some other improvements later in the week.

🌊 But let's be honest, all your really need is that view. $385 weekly rate, can do 2 days to 2 months. Power, cleaning, everything included in price. No other fees.

Under the house we are adding a bodega for parking and storing island nessicities for our guests enjoyment 🏝️.

And yes, you can rent the 4 wheeler for an additional fee, a fee that is nearly half as much as what you'll find in Utila for lesser quality.
