We are Tony & Jo, and we've been happily on Utila for over 15 years, living the life and the lifestyle that is Utila. We've been involved in everything from restaurants to bars, bars to hotels and real estate, and we currently own The Gardens. With excellent VRBO and Trip Advisor reviews for what we do naturally, we have found ourselves in the position of having more properties presented to us for
rental and property management, and the need to present them in a competent and professional manner; hence our going formal with what we have been doing all along! We do everything from maintenance to booking, accounting and making sure deposits are submitted in a timely manner to the owners of the homes we are currently representing.
