Villa is situated on the hill in Mlini in community Župa Dubrovačka. Villa is only 10 minutes from airport Čilipi and 15 minutes from the unique and beautiful town of Dubrovnik. It only takes couple minutes to near beaches,malls an
d stores with car . Walking to a beach, bus stop or grocery store it takes 10-20 minutes, going back little bit more because its uphill. Area which is very peaceful and quiet, rare traffic around villa, safe for children, privacy guaranteed, from main road 700m far by car (couple minutes, this part of road little bit narrow to villa), by foot 300m far (5-6min),. The property extends over three floors and includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms . On the groundfloor there is luxurious indoor swimming pool ( heated always) which is perfect especialy for the kids, as they are not expose to strong sun and no matter what kind of weather you can swimm in it. It is attached to house (glass doors can be opened all around ) . The pool is equipped with a whirlpool bath , two waterfalls , pool has access onto a large terrace for sun bathing. There is also sauna and little fitness. Also outside in the garden there is very little pool for small children and toddlers. On the groundfloor flat there are also 2 bedrooms ( have double bed each, no view ) , living room, dining room ( sea view), kitchen and 1 bathroom. On level (first floor) where is main entrance to villa there is a spacious living room giving on to both a large terrace and a balcony, kitchen, outside kitchen, bathroom ( toilet and shower tub), BBQ and dining room. A large pergola with summer kitchen, fireplace and dining space provides you with the ability to enjoy the breathtaking view . Spacious covered garage for 3 cars, there is additional parking which is not covered . On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and living room ( 1 big sofa ) with terrace ( sea view) . Each bedroom has satellite television, air conditioning and bathroom. Master bedroom has 1 double bed, walk in wardorebe and large bathrom with whirlpool bath and seperate shower tub. Second bedroom has 1 double bed and private bathroom ( shower tub ). Third bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed and private bathroom ( shower tub ) Capacity on floor for 8 people. There are lots of stuff for kids to play in garden , there is table soccer, rackets for badmington.... For no fee you can use on our TV Netflix . Surrounded with the Mediterranean garden with plants and herbs and is the ideal place to enjoy your meals with a breathtaking view of the area and the sea. Below the pool there is separate apartment with separate parking and entrance where owners live, owners go in villa only on guest request or to maintain swimming pool and garden in agreement with guests. We provide towels for swimming pool, baby cot, baby chair for eating, kitchens are fully equipped. All around the villa are walls or trees so nobody can enter inside the property. Beaches , shops, grocery stores are around 5-6 minutes by car. In Mlini you have couple beautiful beaches, water sports, little aquapark, restaurants and bars, they are around 10-15 minutes far walking down, going back little bit more because its uphill. There is shooping center near Mlini in Srebreno 6-7 minutes far from villa by car. There are plenty shops like H&M, New Yorker, Sport Vision, Mass, Tom Tailor, Magic Baby , DM, Muller , restaurant, bar , huge supermarket Konzum.......
