Pendo apartments are located nearby , offering cosy and friendly lodging in a quiet seaside town called . Our holiday home includes comfortably equipped accommodations and the chance to escape from daily routine and to enjoy

the essence of Mediterranean life: the sun, the clear blue sea and most of all yourself in the middle of it!

3 apartments (two for 4 persons and one for 8 persons) are allocated on two upper floors of the house, each floor with a separate entrance. All accommodations have a beautiful sea. Due to the houses central position all important supply stores and tourist objects are within easy walking distance. Mlini, an eastern suburb of Dubrovnik, got its name (“Mlini” means “Mills”) due to water mills build at brooks which still pass through the place with several small falls. Wonderful pebble beaches accompanied with green spaces (which make the most thick shade), invite you to take a swim in the clear and refreshing Adriatic sea. Since we also live in the house (ground floor), as your hosts, we are glad to be at your disposal advising you in fluent German or English. Hello everyone!

If you are thinking about coming to the Croatian coast, we offer a two-bedroom apartment (ideal for 3-4 people) near Dubrovnik, which will be available again from November 28, 2022.
The apartment is fully equipped, and we also offer private parking.
The monthly rental price is €800, including the costs of electricity, WI-FI, water and parking.
