Neighbours we are proud of, part VII
Caffe bar Roy in Barban, the meeting point of Barban and the surrounding area. If you want to find a mason, a plumber, if you want to discuss the last evening's football match, or if you just want to have a coffee in the shade of a centennial tree, this is the place to go. More than a few crisis situations while our villas were under construction were solved exactly here.

If you are into high quality olive oil, or you just want to taste and learn about olive oil production, Chiavalon Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Vodnjan is the place to go! These many times awarded producers love what they do and will be happy to offer you a uniqe and memorable experience. They are some 25 minutes drive from us, but you do not want to miss this one!

Yummi! Neighbour we are proud of No 5!
Pizzeria Orhideja in Žminj offers a great variety of pizzas. Some of them are an exclusive mix of traditional pizza recipe and local ingredients. Truffles, local sausages and much more. Staff is fast and always with a smile. I enjoyed having a quick lunch there while we were just a construction site, and I still do.

Quad, buggy, jet ski, kayak - whatever you prefer, great team of Istra Adventure will make sure you get your dose of adrenaline! Just 300 meters from us, these great hosts provide active fun to groups and individuals, tailored to your needs. We tried quads and buggy, and explored beautiful forrest routes! Next time, we hit the water!

Neighbours we are proud of, part III, Restoran Pod Ladonjon, relaxed atmosphere, traditional Istrian specialties, like somebody's grandma prepared everything, affordable prices, I felt there like I was back in '80s! See for yourselves what that means👍👍👍

Wonderfull alleys of Istrian old towns! So unique. Every one is different. I just sometimes wonder if they hated right angles, or this was a byproduct of quenching thirst with wine😁😁😁
