Although the house is renovated it still has the charm of the old days, adjusted to the needs of a modern- day visitor. The villa has 3 en suite bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. There is also a game room where you and your kids will have fun pla

ying darts, table football and PlayStation 3. You can spend your lazy mornings on a beautiful balcony, drinking coffee and relaxing in the peacful silence interrupted only by little birds singing. In the garden there is a pool, 2 parking spaces and a terrace with a barbecue where you can make delicious meals. If you want to explore all the charms of the beautiful picturous Istria, the location of Villa Ivka allows you quick access to all parts , which you can also visit riding the bike through the local roads with very low traffic.
