FIRST MINUTE BOOKING OFFER - 2017. !!!

Dear friend and guests,

Spring is already here and we are working intensively on the preparation of the 2017. summer tourist season.

Holiday house "Lavanda" ("Lavender") is located in a quiet and relaxing place Barić Draga, 45 km from Zadar and 15 km from Starigrad-Paklenica (National park Paklenica) below Velebit mountain.

The house is situated next to the sea with a large terrace and the beach in front of the house. On the terrace is also barbecue and nice garden table with chairs and sunshade.

On the beach we have for every guest beach chair and also sunshade to protect you from the sun.

In house we can accommodate from 2-6 people.

House is categorised with 4 stars (****).

The house (aprox. 85 m2) consists of a ground floor (kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom) and first floor (large bedroom, middle bedrom, living room, bathroom and terrace).

House is fully air conditioned (both floors), wlan free, tv, ps2...

We have parking places for 2-3 cars.

KROATIEN - SOMMERURLAUB 2017.

FERIENWOHNUNG "LAVANDA" liegt im schöne und ruhig Ort BARIĆ DRAGA (MittelDalmatien).

Unser Haus liegt direkt am Meer, in den ersten Platz.

Das Haus ist komfortabel und es bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.

Baric Draga ist ein ruhiges Fischerdorf am Fuße des Velebit-Gebirge. Legen Sie einfach eine Entfernung von 30 km von der Autobahn (Ausfahrt "Maslenica" im Richtung Karlobag).

Das Haus hat einen großen Garten und eine große Sommerterrasse vor dem Haus, die zum Strand führt, die vor 10 m befindet.

Das Haus besteht aus zwei Etagen.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Küche, ein Esszimmer, das Wohnzimmer, Abstellraum und ein kleines Bad verbunden ist.

Auf der ersten Etage gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Bad und Wohnzimmer.

Das ganze Haus ist mit kostenfreiem WLAN für unsere Gäste gedeckt.

Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich auf der Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die untere Terrasse, Strand und Meer.

Das ganze Haus (alle Etagen) ist klimatisiert.

Das Haus verfügt über eine große Sommerterrasse , wo es einen großen Gartentisch mit Stühlen und Sonnenschirmen und einem Grill für Fleisch und Fisch.

Vor dem Haus auf ca. 10 m gibt es eine große eingerichtete Privatstrand.

Ihr PKW Stellplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück. Die Parkplatz für 2-3 Autos ist.
